Chen Wenling serves as the Chief Economist and Vice Director of the China Center for International Economic Exchanges (CCIEE), the organization that jointly organizes the Hong Kong Forum on U.S.-China Relations. Prior to undertaking her current position, Dr. Chen was Director-General of the State Council Research Office. She makes substantial contributions to academia as a doctoral supervisor at Nankai University, Beijing Normal University and the University of International Business and Economics. Dr. Chen shares her extensive knowledge to economics students in her capacity as a professor at Peking University, Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, and Shanghai Maritime University.
